- JMJen MAug 3, 20241.0I have been getting my hair cut for almost two years by the same person. Farrah always done a beautiful job. I wanted the same hair cut I always get. Only 1 inch cut and she took 3 inches off. Far worse it is so cut uneven and very choppy. I always have it cut as a medium bob or paige. Very ridiculous choppy and uneven cut in the back which I never asked for at all. I always get the same style but this time I have two different styles, too short and looks absolutely terrible! Now I have to shell out money for another salon to repair the damage she did. I do not know why she did this cut when I never asked for it. I always have one lenght and looks nothing at all of the picture that I showed her. What was she thinking it is a mess! My family was shock of how bad it looks. Their are pieces of lenghts that don't match up. Never will I go back to her or the salon again. Very upset. I want my money back for such a horrible hack cut. They lost me as a customer. Unbelievable. I have beautiful thick healthy hair now its a total mess. What a terrible hair cut that is too short and seriously uneven! I spent the rest of the day crying. I cancel everything I was supposed to do because I am embarrassed to be see in public. I only hope that the new stylist I see in two days can fix the serious damage she did to my hair. The worse part my hair is going to be a lot shorter than I want! Thank you for the hack job! Please I definitely would like a refund.

- DCDonna CoburnDec 12, 20173.0The base of my scalp and lower neck received chemical burns from the Mizani relaxer used on my hair. My hair was lovely, but the burns are awful and will take time to heal. Make sure stylist does skin test first.
