- NANurani A5 days ago1.0Got my hair cut asked for face frame layers and wasn’t satisfied because she didn’t do them, yet I paid and leave afraid to speak up. I ended up coming back 10 mins later after realizing I should say something. So I went back and asked the stylist I requested it and she said she didn’t hear me. She gave me the “face frame layers” and now I’m stuck with a botched job lol. My hair is parted in the center and she cut my hair like it was nothing to her. Some people’s hair is their personality and I cherished my hair before she cut it like this. Usually this salon is amazing, I would recommend Farah but I won’t say who did this to me. When cutting bangs u don’t take 3-5 inches of someone’s hair and make it all short, and then dont blend it in. I don’t wanna go back in and be that customer who complains and wants another cut, but I probably should have. Now I have to try and hide it somehow.
