- NBNeha BhomiaMay 2, 20261.0Highly unprofessional behaviour by the staff. Why offer services such as special shopping session appointments if you cannot have staff for it? When we arrived at the store on time, we were asked to wait while the staff continued to help other customers that came in after us. After 10 mins when we asked for an update they said that their staff member is on break and they can’t do anything about it.

I would personally like to acknowledge my Sales Associates Jennifer and Michael. They are outstanding. They listen to you and work with you hands on to make sure you get the products you want. I love how Jennifer also goes above and beyond to actually explain to you how to use products. She is super cute and sweet and takes pride in working for Chanel! Michael is so amazing as well. I have been to this store 5 times since Christmas so that says alot. The store is super clean , and if a product is not in stock you will be sure to find something similar. My experience at Chanel in Somerset has been 10/10. Give them a visit you will be pleased!
