I've gotten my haircut many times and never treated the way I was treated at jcpenny in the mall by the manager and a lady name Sheryl. They assumed I've never brushed my hair before. After I warned the lady that you had to brush my hair from the bottom to the top. She insisted to rip my hair from the top to the bottom. It took 3 people. I guess to brush my hair very embarrassing and very rude, also was upcharged for tangled hair. Which they claim is a new policy. I will never go back again. Also was told long hair is pretty, but not for everybody. Just rude service.
