  First, I want to say that the first beautician did an amazing job with my son’s hair. The actual hairstyle turned out very nice. However, the overall experience lacked professionalism and left me feeling uncomfortable. When we arrived, we were not greeted or acknowledged, even though we were early. I expected at least a simple hello or some form of acknowledgment. Instead, the stylist came out exactly at the appointment time and only called my son’s name. I also booked online, unfortunately with the wrong stylist, and later received a call stating that the appointment would take more time and cost more because of his hair texture and style. I understand that some styles may take longer and may fall within a price range. However, if certain beauticians are not trained or comfortable working with curly, textured, or 4C hair, those services should not be available to book with them online. Based on my experience, it felt like the salon showed a preference for hair that is not 4C or highly textured. I tried calling to speak with the manager or salon leader, but I was told they do not work weekends. This was a very sad and unfortunate experience. From what I witnessed, the salon seemed more focused on moving clients through quickly than providing a caring and professional experience. This was my first and last time here. If you love your hair and want a professional, respectful, and caring salon experience regardless of your hair texture or length, I would not recommend this location.

  my brother, my mom, my sister and i all go to this salon. my brother, has the worst luck since he’s autistic. his hair stylist always jacks up his hair and it turns out crooked in the front, terrible in the back. Mrs. Elda cuts his hair and i cannot be more pissed. his school pictures are coming up and he does not look prepared at all. don’t have anywhere else to go so i guess we’re stuck with him getting crooked and jacked hair all the time.

  Ask for Entela Kole. She is an amazing woman! Very friendly, professional and caring. Thank you for being such a wonderful person!

  My son got his first haircut cut here and the girl that did it was beyond nice and patient with him. I forgot her name but she’s the young African American girl there with short dreads. I definitely recommend her

  Great hair cut $35 nice brow wax $15. A little pricey, but good job.
