  Went into salon centric a few days ago for color. The customer service from Janie was outstanding. She was so pleasant and helpful. You know in today’s times customer service no longer exists. I even opened a charge. Entered a drawing they were having. Well a day later I had a call I won. Went back into get my bag of goodies I won and I met Reni she was so excited for me to. Thank you for the excellent service.

  When you try to return something, they always write on the original receipt and one worker she insists my tremor and clipper it’s been used and I never use it so she decided not to return it. I told her give me the Customer Service number so I can return it she she wrote the number on my receipt. And she puts used on my original receipt so I cannot return it and it wasn’t used. I assume she don’t see that playing very tiny and she thought that was a hair And the spring was black so she she thought that was a hair Not a hair I never use it, but I end up return it from the Customer Service and I was able to return it from SalonCentric cooperate and I called her. I told her I just saw the receipt. You don’t have the right to write on my receipt. she said yes I have the right cause it’s been used. She insists I told her no it’s never used. It’s mine and I know it’s never been used and I stop going to that store. They all rude There

  Had a really great experience at this SalonCentric! The store was super clean and organized, which made it easy to find what I needed. Specifically Susan was especially helpful. She was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s always nice walking into a place where you feel welcomed and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back!

  The lady with short hair at the desk was RUDE!!! she stared at us for 3 minutes, talked over us to another customer and then proceeded to greet us with “what’s up” … we were picking up an order and she began slamming the items on the table individually. Don’t come here if you want to be treated with basic human decency. I’m assuming it was due to our race, EVEN WORSE
