- RPRobert PB1 day ago5.0I had a pleasant trip to Salon Centric today in Utica / Shelby Twp. I usually do. I don't always have questions but today I did and was helped. And I had some nice conversation as well. I'm glad they do a good job trying to make sure my general public clients or anyone else doesn't try to use my info to shop at the store. I am very proud to have gotten through school and earned the right to shop at Salon Centric and CosmoProf. Thanks for helping me and I hope you all have a great day.

I completely understand and respect the strict policies regarding licensed professionals purchasing from their stores. However, when you’ve been a licensed stylist for 25 years and have maintained an account with them for years — just under a different salon name — denying a purchase without any willingness to help or resolve the issue shows a real lack of care for loyal customers. Policies are important, but so is customer .

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
