  Tracy was suppose to trim my daughter's hair. She barley took off anymore she then improperly straightened it . It took 3 hours. Iam sorry I left a tip.

  Do not go to Tracy . Especially if you have curly hair . She is not trained with curly hair practically messed up my relatives hair and now they have to cut a few inches from damage . Tracy is a cheapskate who doesn’t wanna use any product or deal with curly hair because she is not trained for it . Doesn’t wanna “dull her scissors” using product for a client , when using no product caused bad damage .dull scissors should not be a priority over a client. Kept finding reasons not to take care of the hair properly. A simple trim took three hours .didn’t even know how to brush it out . She is very unprofessional and very obviously didn’t know what to do with curly hair . Any other hairstylist would’ve got that done within a quarter of the time and have been able to do curly hair without nit picking and finding excuses to not use product. Very unprofessional the way she spoke with client and she caused damage . Everyone else had nice service tho so thank you

  A trim and straightening should not have took three hours , I know it depends the client but these people don’t know how to work with certain hair types . If you have really curly hair they aren’t trained for it . Appreciate the service tho . need to educate themselves on curly hair

  Go here if you want to experience racism I had a friend who came here with beautiful curly hair just to have it ruined and blamed on her for having curly hair just plain racist and disgusting

  I made an appointment online, very easy btw. When I arrived I was 10 minutes early and was not in a rush. My hair stylist I scheduled with was running behind. I didn't mind as I sat and relaxed after being at work all day. My hair was in need of some TLC, it was dry and ends were split. Dee washed my hair and a conditioner was added. While she was applying the conditioner she asked if I would like my eyebrows waxed. I quickly said "yes". I have been getting my eyebrows waxed over 30 years and no one and I mean no one has ever been able to shape them when I ask. Dee shaped my eyebrows and I am in love with them. She did a fabulous job that I had to post it!! I love my haircut too, but if you want eyebrow shaping or just a clean up I highly recommend her.
