- TLTracey Lundquist5 days ago2.0While the person who did the piercing was so great. The deceptive pricing needs to be fixed, nothing in store states per earring so when you look at a $68 earrings know you’ll pay double that because it’s per earring. They charge $70 to pierce then $20 for small bottle of cleaner. Cost should be more clear and up front. Go to a tattoo/piercing parlor. It is what it is but be aware $226 plus tax and tip.
- JRJustin Ricketts6 days ago5.0My daughter got the inside of her ear pierced the other day and she said the experience was great. Rowan is always so professional, clean, experienced, and intelligent while also being kind and listening. The new piercing turned out great and we all live it.
- APanastasiia pashkevichAug 28, 20261.0I got a piercing a week ago and bought the earrings there. The closing mechanism of the earrings is awful. One of the earrings got stuck in my ear, and I couldn’t take it out myself. I had to go to urgent care to have them remove it because it was completely stuck. I went back to the store because I thought they would at least exchange the earrings since the mechanism appears to be defective, but they refused to do anything because the earrings had been worn. I paid around $500 for the piercing and earrings, and on top of that, I had to pay for an urgent care visit just to get the earring removed. Very disappointing experience and awful customer service.

The process was super quick and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking to get your child’s ears pierced.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
