- KWKelsey Whittaker4 days ago1.0So I’m pretty basic. Straight hair. Asked for a basic 2 inch trim to get the dead ends. I had the red haired girl on opening shift. And there is just no excuse. Nothing fancy just seriously basic get the dead ends. The past day I’ve had to trim 2 inch stragglers all over. I said I don’t do bangs or a face frame because I need a ponytail. That doesn’t mean leave the front a whole 2 inches. And one side is longer than the other. I’m not coming back to get it fixed because that’s just giving the opportunity for her to mess it up more. You can keep your 20 dollars. I will be taking my business elsewhere. She needs to go back to cosmetology school and be put on an improvement plan. Not acceptable.

I asked for it to cut short enough to it just lays down, and it's still a mess. The time before, was cut fine, but he left the front, so this time I checked and wanted more off it. This last time is the final straw. She finished and I looked at it in the mirror, I wanted more taken off the front, which she did and the rest looked fine. I got into my car and ran my fingers through it and it's like she never cut it! Never again

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
