The item I originally wanted wasn’t available, and the DoorDash person told me they had replaced it with something else that I didn’t want. Then when I went to the store, they told me it couldn’t be returned. The cashier was really nice, but the manager looked at me when she saw me in line paying for the new items I picked out, like, “You again?” She didn’t even ask if I had been able to resolve the issue with DoorDash. Really disappointing customer service.
