I visited Lush along with 2 relatives, a woman employee with black hair greeted us and asked us if we needed help, after saying no she proceeds to follow us around the store without saying a word and stare at us as we smelled each scent. Very uncomfortable and honestly just strange.

They were so knowledgeable and helped my friend and I plan her birthday at on of their In store events . They weren’t on top of us or trying to oversell . I will definitely be back here to shop !
