She didn’t scan the lush Club app that I said I had and had out for her facing her and then I had to ask if she scanned it, she said no and I had to ask how can I get my points, she said we would have to return it and redo the transaction and asked if I wanted to… uh yea…. Spent the money… I would like it applied to my points. I asked if instead of the peppermint lotion I could get a diff item to redeem because I can’t do any peppermint and she said no just wait to redeem something else.. ok so can’t get anything for the money I spent/my points acquired.. then I asked for a sample and she had me go get them… store was empty so she wasn’t busy. First lame experience from this location.
