- HHHailey3 days ago1.0I shuffled in my spot while checking out and the long haired hispanic lady pulled the lush bag away with all my products in it like I was gonna steal it... gurl bye calm down, my heels hurt... I know most of the employees but Ive never seen her, and that rubbed me entirely wrong.

However, immediately following our transaction, a worker approached one of our friends and immediately asked him to leave the store for sampling a product and asking where the trash can was, completely unprompted. A very unwelcoming environment that disappoints considering how great the actual products are.

- HHHolly HenryMay 22, 20264.0Went in last Sunday to stock up on my yearly birthday trip. Everyone is usually very engaging and helpful. Which was the case with most of the store. Me and my wife when we first got in tried to ask an associate where the temple balms were. I believe his name was Kris, but he seemed interested in his phone, did not engage us,and im pretty sure left right after cause we didnt see him again. The other associates apologized and were very helpful. Thankyou for the free the samples as well and suggestions on scents. Im not positive on everyone's names but the other employees at the store were fantastic, and had a great team dynamic. Will always come back!
