- DDDionna DavisMay 12, 20261.0Most horrible haircut and experience I've ever had anywhere! I asked for whispy bangs with face framing. She bluntly cut the back of my hair straight across! Cut about 35 hairs to create what she called fringe for bangs! I asked her to blend my "fringe" into a face frame and was told no! And she's for long layers so I could curl my hair and was told no! She made 4 blunt cuts in my hair and left it at that! My hair is long, light blonde and all one length. When I got home I had to fix the back myself! I didn't catch her name but she was very tall and full-figured with exaggerated makeup and silver gray hair! I will never step foot into in Wixom off Beck rd. Great clips ever again! Not recommended at all! Very disappointed and upset!

So dumb me listened to her.thinking it would look ok but, chopped my bangs to short and cut the top of my hair short. I didn't see it until I got home. I cant curl it nor put my hair in a ponytail with out the little hair on top sticking out everywhere. Last time I'm going there. Its going to take 3 years or more to grow out the top of my hair

The people today were rude and cut my sons hair however they saw fit and discarded any input. Not only that whatever tools they used on the back side, they left marks and cuts behind my sons ears. Never going back.

OMG kris did such an exceptional job of finer touche' that post the cut my daughter and wife said, this was the best cut I had in year... some magic in her hands, she was so patient and ensure every bit of cuts were varied with different set trimmer. Please shift her to Shelby township to cut her commute time and I can visit often...

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
