    So I’ve been to this Aveda store a few times with fine customer service (no issues), but I will say this most recent visit, I received excellent customer service. Linda was very kind and knowledgeable, while listening to my concerns. She recommended an item that I didn’t end up purchasing but offered me a sample, which I think I’m honestly going to end up buying. Great way of not being pushy but also making me aware of other products to meet my needs. Aveda has a higher price point, and I am so happy that the customer service matched!
