- MCMarti CloszAug 10, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I shopped at this location a couple of months ago and bought several products totaling around $200.00. This was my first Sephora experience. Danielle helped me, and when I checked out I signed up in their system. Danielle told me I could bring any of the items back if I ended up not liking them and wouldn't even need the receipt since my purchase was recorded in their system. No mention that there was a time limit to return. I ended up not liking any of the products (eye shadow stick was very glittery, blush was very orange looking, tinted moisturizer was like paste it was so thick and hard to spread, powder highlighter was absolutely yellow). I only used these things once! I went back last week to exchange these for other products, only to be told by Danielle (same salesperson) there is a 30 day time limit to return things, and my purchase no longer showed up in their system. I hadn't saved my receipt since Danielle had told me I wouldn't need it! Probably wouldn't have made a difference anyway. Her attitude was very uncaring and unhelpful, pretty much "too bad, so sad." I left all the products with them and told them to just throw them away because I couldn't use them. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I will never shop here again.

They asked my thoughts on various colours and looks and helped narrow down to what I needed! I walked out of there feeling confident in my new look and was AMAZED by their expertise. Hands down best experience I've had with buying makeup in YEARS. Thank you to the amazing staff that took care of me, I will DEFINITELY be back!
