I was sold a rare beauty blush that somebody swapped out with a nyx lipstick and didn’t notice until i opened it at home. When i tried to go back to GET WHAT I PAID FOR, the manager just went “mmm we don’t even sell nyx I can’t do anything for you”.. well that’s funny because it was sold to ME. I had the receipt too that she would not even look at. I also have rogue beauty status on the Sephora app I would not steal a $20 blush. After this whole ordeal i will never go back to Sephora not necessarily because I couldn’t exchange my faulty product, but because of the attitude of management after I was the one who was scammed by them.
