Somehow we went in with a full head of hair and walked out with a surprise bald spot. I didn’t realize we had selected the “freestyle patchwork” option, but here we are. The vibe? Imagine ordering a kids haircut and getting customer service from someone who just clocked in emotionally three years ago. No smiles, no friendliness, just a random “are you okay?” dropped into the void like we were in a therapy session instead of a salon. And the highlight: being told not to take too many “dumb dumb suckers.” Nothing says family-friendly like getting lightly scolded over a 2-cent lollipop while your kid is processing his new aerodynamic haircut. Overall experience: ✂️ Haircut: questionable 😐 Vibe: colder than a gas station freezer 🍭 Customer service: rationed like it’s the Great Depression 10/10 if you’re looking for chaos and character development. 0/10 if you wanted a normal first haircut.

And they thought I wanted a buzz cut right then and there. But I never said take anything off....but I worked 12 hrs so they wanted oh you want a 4 or 5 on top? Im like sure? And now I got shorter hair on top when I didnt plan on it. I'll not go back anymore lowkey fr.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
