- JSJazzmeon ShieldsJul 1, 20265.0Excellent customer service More deals though
- NNNinaMay 1, 20265.0Cindy and the team are better than exceptional! I go out of my way to the Livonia store, even though I have Novi down the street from me. And if you are a hairdresser reading this, please order directly from the store as their team gets credit for it unlike ordering online and still the team would have to put the package together and not get any credit.
- SJSherri JohnsonJan 25, 20215.0Very friendly staff clean well stocked
- KMkat mooreApr 25, 20161.0I no longer will go to the Livonia location. The workers there are nothing but rude. One exception is a taller lady with curly hair the other 2 shorter, heavier ladies are rude and push you out the door if it's a half hour before closing. Don't bother asking a question because they get frustrated if they have to stop chatting to help you! I did try to go one last time and the store was closed for remodeling.
