- PAPrivate AccountMay 9, 20261.0Great clips really hurt my elderly mothers feelings today, she went in for a quick trim and they had her wait 40 minutes, when it was finally her turn, she was told they couldn't take her. If you don't want to do ethnic, coily hair or you don't know how to, you could just say that, instead of making a senior citizen wait for over an hour just to be turned away. Y'all need to do better, this was very sad, you made an old woman cry today
