I came in by chance early last year and spur of the moment ask for a big chop with a ton of punky texture and bangs, Heather knocked it out of the park. Months later I came back asking to have an undercut added to both sides and once again she nailed it. I have spent so much money on expensive salons and I have NEVER gotten cuts as good as she has given me. I will be coming back as long as she is here. Heather you rock.

All of them are top notch and though I usually have Heather cut my hair, she’s the Manager, I have had NOTHING but superb experiences at this location! I drive past 3 other Great Clips and about 30min just to go here to the 26Mile Rd Location. Keep it up ladies, all of you make so many of us happy and glad to support this location.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
