- SLShelby LeighJul 12, 20261.0Tried to purchase a Dr jart product that I have bought for years. When I checked out, I asked not to use my email because I didn't want more emails. The girl seemed annoyed and rang the light-medium, medium bb cream up and she told me it was a new product and couldn't be bought and it shouldn't have been out. I said that it's an old product that I used for the last 6 years- literally every single day. She then said it was the "shade" that was new despite it again, being a product I've used for the last 6 years. The product line had dust on it from being on the shelf for so long. I was refused the sale and left to order the exact same product directly from the manufacturer. Fyl it's cheaper to do it that way and a lot of times you'll get a free product without having to argue with an incompetent individual. I'm honestly dumbfounded by the experience as a whole.

I will not be returning, don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to service the customers.
