We were very specific with our stylist for our 11 year old and he even described what he wanted, and showed her pictures from a previous cut. He was very adamant that nothing should come off the top. At the end, she cut his hair so short that he’s been crying for two days now. I’ve called twice for a manager to talk with us about it with no call back yet. If you can’t take the time to make things right for a customer after two patient requests for a call back, then don’t expect us to return. We will never return to Jude’s again. I highly recommend you find another place for a real cut. The first pic was the goal. The 2nd pic was the final product.
