  I'm a very picky person when it comes to my hair. It's straight and fine. They listened to me and gave me a haircut that I actually like. Its cut evenly and something that I can work with.

  DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!!! Edit to add: I reached out to the salon directly as the response that I received had indicated and did receive a phone call from the manager of Great Clips today. She apologized for my experience and offered me a free haircut. I advised that after this experience I would not be getting my hair cut there again and she said that if that's the case, then I could give it to a friend. As if I'm going to drum up new customers for this place after they ruined my hair. I let her know that the appropriate thing to do would be to refund the $27 ($22 plus a $5 tip) that I had paid for the haircut if she really wanted to make this right and not just try to use this as an underhanded opportunity for free marketing. She stated that as I can't produce a picture (which actually, I can, but she didn't allow me the opportunity to do so) that she can't refund the haircut. I did also let her know that the stylist who fixed my hair at my regular salon told me that this is not the first time she has had to fix a haircut that someone received from this Great Clips location and I offered to provide the receipt for that haircut as proof that I went and got it cut again the next day, but it seems like she was just using the lack of photo as an excuse to be greedy and not refund my money. This was the most disingenuous apology I have ever received. She basically just called me up to start an argument and tell me that I can't have a refund. My rating remains. This place is horrible. DO NOT GET YOU HAIR CUT HERE! Figured I could get a quick trim here while I was out running errands... never again. My haircut only took about 15 minutes. When I left my hair was still damp, so I couldn't really see the layers properly, but when I got home I found that there is a giant chunk near the front that is noticeably much much shorter than the rest of my hair. The stylist obviously did not know how to cut women's hair and messed up my layers horribly. I have an emergency appointment booked with my normal salon tomorrow to hopefully fix this horror show, but I'm pretty upset that I paid money for this.

  Very busy and hard to get in. Good service and of course a discount coupon makes it nice.
