- KAKate AmblerMay 22, 20261.0Came in for my usual tarte products that I had to get new because my shade changed due to it being summer. When I went up to check out the employee was an older lady with short dark hair stares at me looks me up and down watches me stand at the cash register for 5 minutes. Almost like she thought I may have left without what I needed if she just continued to stare at me. Finally she comes up to the cash register and says “uh can I help you?” I quickly replied “ Yes, I need to buy this stuff” very off putting and probably the worst customer service I’ve encountered anywhere.
- TSTINA SMITHJan 31, 20253.0Walked in and asked about the perfume sampler I received as a gift, and about using the FULL SIZE coupon. Tall, blonde grabs the coupon out of my hand, reads it and said, " yeah, you can use it." And proceeds to walk away to the register. I am looking at the fragrances that are included in the deal. She completely ignores me. Thank goodness, another employee (long dark hair)walks up and asks what i am looking for...I tell her the fragrance and the blonde chimes in..." it's over there in the men's section. I'm confused?!? My sample said FOR HER?!? The actual employee with customer service skills, says was it "for her" ? She helps me find it and purchase it. She's the only reason I will give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was the only customer in the store.
