Stylist complained about my hair the entire time with remarks like “why is your hair so thick and long” “I wish your hair wasn’t so thick” “I’m ready for this to be done” “this is taking too long”. I paid hundreds of dollars to listen to her complain about me and my hair DID NOT turn out remotely what we had talked about. Will definitely NOT be back.

Apt was at 530, stylist running 45 minutes behind while 4 other stylists sat for 45 minutes eating and playing on their phones, yet not one could help me. I will NEVER EVER return and I highly recommend you dont either.
