  Molly is a great stylist! She cut my hair to the exact length I desired, whereas it’s usually too short or too long elsewhere. The salon itself is comfortable and well appointed.

  I love my experience every time I go! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The apprentice/assistant, Eli is such a sweetheart! I have major hair trauma from past stylists and Stef is the only one I can trust with my hair. I came in not knowing what I wanted to do and just let Stef do her thing with my hair and I am obsessed 🤩

  I've been a client of this salon for many years, and I've been satisfied with their services until now. I was recently unable to see Charles, my regular stylist, and they scheduled me with Johnny instead. I requested a very light ash blond to blend with my grey/white hair. I asked him to check the notes, which they routinely keep for clients. I also suggested that he consult with Charles, who was in the salon that day. It appears he didn't do either! He also didn't ask me for a photo of the color I was looking for, nor did he offer to show me a color swatch. I was expecting a semi-permanent formula since that's what Charles had used the last few times he'd colored my hair. But to my horror, he gave me brown hair, and it was permanent! Johnny tried to lighten it the following day, but all it did was turn it copper. Johnny said he'd talk with Charles about how to proceed, but instead, the receptionist called me back to say they'd refund me, but couldn't help me with the color, and that I should find a different salon. I'm terribly disappointed at the unprofessional way this salon chose to handle their mistake. And this color is going to take a very long time to grow out.
