  Lamia & Lamia salon is such a welcoming place. I always feel special walking through the front door. And the talented Maria Lamia works her magic every time. I’ve been a fan of Lamia & Lamia Salon for 42 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my salon needs.

  I booked appointments for myself and three other people based on the positive online reviews because we were getting ready for my children’s baptism. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. None of us were happy with our hairstyles, and we had to find another hairdresser at the last minute to fix them before the ceremony. It was incredibly stressful on such an important day. I would not recommend this salon. Updates to the review after the salon reply: i went to many other salons for blowdry before moving to Grosse pointe, what was done is not even a good blowdry, especially for the price.

  Very disappointing experience. I had an important occasion, but the hairstyle was poorly done and looked nothing like I expected. Even the blow dry was so bad that I had to rush to another hairdresser at the last minute to have it fixed before my event. A very unprofessional experience and I wouldn’t recommend this salon.
