  When I made the appointment for a hair cut I was a little put off with the unwelcoming annoyed attitude but figured it was the fact that there was an annoying customer right before me when they were getting ready to close. I went in the next day for my hair cut still a bit put off. The person who cut my hair was sweet. She was complaining about her scissors needing to be sharpened and appeared to have some struggling cutting my hair. When I left I was ok with my hair but not loving it, it didn't look like what i was hoping for, figured I needed to get used to the change. I got home and look a bit closer and noticed it is uneven and had to cut some of the random longer hairs in the bangs. Now I am paying for another hair cut to get it fixed. I'm slightly annoyed.

  They are getting one star for at least having a nice personality! As far as the service goes, do not book online in the time slots they offer. I booked an accent foil and a haircut. They were only able to complete the accent foil not the haircut. It took the stylist over an hour to do 6 foils. 6 that is insane! Then she rushed the sitting process, took them out when they were still orange. Then said if I do the toner we can cut your hair. Only had enough time for one. She put the toner on in a rushing matter. Barely left the toner on for 10 minutes. Then she rinsed said she was done. To come over. While she was brushing my hair out. It was all soapy and white. She used a towel to wipe that off and kept brushing. Then another girl came over they were trying to brush my hair quick so they could blow dry me. Didn’t put any product in my hair and started the blow drying. The other girl started to blow dry as well and they blew a fuse. At that point I told them to just let me go home it was fine. They charged me 45 dollars to leave with soaking wet hair snd 6 foils that were orange still. Horrible place to get your hair done! After I walked out to get in my car. I seen them both walking out. So they were rushing me for an appointment they had available online with there pre-timed available spots! AWFUL!

  I always love the job they do on my haircuts. Also considerably affordable.
