  I just spoke with Summer in reference to a gift that I received from an employee of mine. I explained to her that I misplaced the gift card that was given to me and just located it and asked what was the process in using it. She told me it had a 5 year expiration date. I explained to her that there was no expiration date on the card and I did purchase it so I had no idea of an expiration date. She told me it was posted on her website and there was nothing she could do!! I asked for a manager and she said I am the manager, I then asked for the owner, she said the owner was out of town . I asked when do you expect her , she said I don't have to tell you that!!! She also said the $75 you didn't lose, you just can't use the gift card!! I told her I didn't appreciate the sarcasm and this is money that I have lost because it was my gift. I asked again for the manager and she hung up on me. This so called manager apparently doesn't care about her customers or their circumstances. She didn't try to help or find any alternative resolution. She was rude and abrupt!!! There is nothing listed on my gift card with an expiration date on it. When a person is given a gift they don't go to the website to research details. I believe the expiration is purposely left off of the card . All cards have an expiration date listed on them if it expires. Gift purchasers beware of this. Make sure to verify your gift cards with this company otherwise your gift recipients will end up losing their gift that you have worked so hard for. I will be following up with the better business bureau. I don't want this to happen to other gift recipients. Resolution expected: Business owner contact me and reinstate my gift card. Also provide an expiration date on the gift cards. Gift card recipients shouldn't be responsible for going to your website to find out how long their giftcard is good for. Also, rudeness is uncalled for !! That is not how you get or retain customers.

  My Stylist is Eric and I have been going to him for about 2 years. He always makes me smile, laugh and feel amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone ! Especially if you are having a bad day; you will feel wonderful when he transforms you!

  I gave this place a second chance, although I had a horrible experience about 2.5 years ago. I scheduled a day of beauty with my daughter for her 12th birthday. She had a facial, haircut and style, and we both received manicures and pedicures. While my daughters services met expectations, my manicure turned out terribly. We went on a Friday and by Sunday, my nails (which had shellac and should last 2 weeks) were chipped all over and ruined. I had not even done anything over the weekend for them to turn out like this. I called and complained, and the girl who did my nail is agreed to redo them. Fast forward to Tuesday, I get them redone and when I looked at the completed product, there was polish all over my fingers, pooled at my cuticle, and spots where she missed top coat as well as bubbling. Now 2 days later and its already chipping again. Despite the staff being friendly, I will NEVER return here. I had my nails done for my Bachelor's graduation and now I will be having to find someplace to have it removed and probably just do them myself at this point. Highly disappointed does not even begin to express how I feel. In addition, I called and asked for a manager to discuss this, was told she wasn't in but was provided the email address to send photos of the problem. I sent photos and still haven't heard back from management about this. I highly suggest this place be avoided, unless you enjoy wasting not only your money but also your time.

  I generally dont leave reviews, but something had to be said about this. My daughter got her nails done for prom on Thursday, by Sunday every single one came off. They did not tear off or break off they came stright off, like a set you would by at Walmart. Seriously? What a disappointment and never again will I spend my money here.

  I was there for a massage this past week. The quality and length of the massage has gone down and the prices have gone up. I had to come home and lay on my own back massager and I had paid for a deep tissue massage. The next day I didn’t even feel like I had a massage. And the person that did my massage wasn’t professional with her language. She dropped at least two f bombs and I didn’t feel like I should have had to listen to that while paying $100 for a massage. I also said I didn’t want specific areas massaged and the response I got was “it’s all connected.” I understand that but when I’m paying for a service and ask for specific areas to be focused on, that’s what I want. I won’t go back.
