  This was an amazing experience. I was very nervous about it at first. But the staff made me very comfortable and explained every very well and made you fell completely comfortable. After the first 10 or 15 min I finally got the hang of the float and completely started to relax and feel amazing. I think if it was any longer that the 60min I would have fallen asleep. I wish I lived closer I would definitely go more.

  It is one of those things you don't think you need until you experience it. It was amazing. Have very high stress and migraine headaches. Within the hour time I could feel the tension in my shoulders relax. Will be back.

  I really wanted to love my first experience at True REST Float Spa because I had been looking forward to trying floating therapy. The atmosphere was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, and the young lady at the front was wonderful. Unfortunately, once I got into the float tank, I noticed hair and other floating particles in the water. It completely took me out of the experience. I immediately got out, showered with antibacterial soap, and ended my session early because I just couldn’t relax knowing the water didn’t appear clean. I do want to give credit where it’s due. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, calm, professional, and genuinely apologetic. She offered me another float session along with some of the spa amenities, including oxygen therapy and tea, which I really appreciated. For me personally, cleanliness is non-negotiable, especially in a float tank. As much as I wanted to enjoy it, seeing debris in the water was a complete turnoff. I won’t be using my complimentary session, but my husband may give it a try instead. I’m hoping this was just an isolated incident because the customer service was excellent.
