  Gabby is one of the best hairstylist I have met. Her customer service skills go beyond a typical client customer relationship as she ensures every person. She treats feels special and leaves loving their hair after. She thoroughly listens to your hair goals to ensure you achieve the desired look. I love this salon and the workers in it.

  Went in for a shampoo and blow dry by Hanna and it was amazing!! She was super sweet the whole appointment and taught me some things about my hair that I found really helpful! My hair lasted the entire day and looked amazing 🥰

  We love Bliss and have been going here occasionally for the past few years, although we usually go to the West Lansing location but this location was just as nice. Great stylists, nice front desk staff. Comfortable environment. We found Ilyssa at another salon but then followed here from her from there when she came to Bliss and are happy she ended up here.

  I recently moved to the area and was on the hunt for a salon that had curly hair stylists and found this lovely, welcoming salon. I got a balayage and curly hair cut with Ben a few months back, and the number of perfect strangers who have complimented my hair has been delightful. I recently got a follow up color change and hydration with Mason, sheer perfection. So incredibly happy with the salon, services provided, and both stylists. It can be a bit nerve-wrecking to get serviced as someone with curls but I felt listened to and really comfortable in trusting them with my hair and guiding me to the right direction to achieve the results I wanted.
