- NGNicolette GroszekApr 22, 20261.0Owner overbooked had an appointment for my son for 2 months said it would just be a little bit ended up being a lot longer than a little bit. She had expected us to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled time when we had a morning appointment. Then asked if someone else was available because like I said we had this appointment for months. Never once apologized. Then got upset that she had nothing to do because another lady ended up helping us which she was very nice. Front desk lady was rude too. Very disappointing experience and do not recommend

Whether it was making sure that I was comfortable providing something to drink or asking if I needed a moment to move around.
