  Kaylee did an amazing job! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me beautiful, soft, cool-toned highlights that look so natural. The blend is seamless, the face framing is perfect, and my hair feels healthy while still looking brighter. I left feeling so confident. Highly recommend Kaylee if you’re looking for someone who really listens and delivers beautiful results!

  We came here for hair and makeup for a friend's wedding. My 9 year old was obsessed. She said, "Mom, can you scan that QR code and leave a 5 star review?!" The staff was absolutely lovely and so accommodating. 10/10 would recommend

  Brittany did AMAZING with my hair. I had a previous experience getting highlights with someone else who did not do a great job with my highlights and Brittany completely fixed my hair. Instead of crying because I hated my hair, I about cried because of how much I loved my hair. She did absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough nice things about her!

  Trying so hard not to cry as I sit in the parking lot "after" my appointment. My fiancé booked me an appointment for a for a brow wax & tint, full set of gel nails with shellac and nail art, and a spa pedicure so I could feel a little pampered before my bachelorette party and bridal shower this weekend. I ended up giving up after being there 3 and a half hours and no one even starting on my manicure. My brows ended up slightly different shapes (my bad on that, should have looked a little harder when she asked if they were okay). Then 20-30 minutes after the brows finished they moved me to the footbath. 30-45 minutes after that they finally started my pedicure and the result was nice. Once my feet were under the dryer, I waited another hour and half and watched to more nail clients come and go before giving up, paying, tipping, and walking out so I can make it to a meeting. At no point waiting did anyone speak to me, offer an explanation, or even say "Sorry for the wait." And no, no one "forgot" about the manicure. I mentioned it to both the stylists who did my brows and pedicure because I had been excited While the stylists were nice, the service was abysmal. Absolutely heartbreaking way to start what should be an amazing weekend. UPDATE: The owner reached out after this review. She was very empathetic. Apologized for my experiece, gave me a full refund, and invited me back for a free service of my choice. I thanked her as this was incredibly generous - honestly more than she needed to be because mistakes and bad days happen. I am happy to report that I went back and had a very nice time! I ended up getting a facial instead of a manicure as I didn't need my nails done for an impending event. My esthetician did not disappoint! I am still leaving my initial review as I think it shows how well the Salon responds when experiences don't go as planned.
