- MMMeshira Moore3 days ago1.0Great experience with Teonna, and then her coworker (blonde hair in an updo) ruined it by asking me questions about me wearing contacts. What is with Caucasian women and the entitlement to know if a poc's eye color or hair length is natural? They wear colored contact lenses and extensions often, and as cosmetologist I have seen this for myself. Anyway, I guess it could've been worse if she asked if my hair was real? Smh.

She seemed uninterested in helping and was sitting on her phone most of the time instead of assisting customers. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products I asked about, and the customer service felt rushed and unfriendly. It was frustrating to feel ignored when I needed help. I expected more attentive and professional service.
- AYAdam (yuppsters)Oct 22, 20242.0good service from the worker that was helping me (abby) but the other girl that was working with her (elle i think) was just lounging around not offering much assistance at all even though there were many customers besides myself. i guess she was waiting, because eventually her s/o ended up coming in and they were just making out right in front of the counter. i appreciated the service i received from abby but i just felt bad because her coworker clearly had other priorities not relating to her job at all.
