What is with Caucasian women and the entitlement to know if a poc's eye color or hair length is natural? They wear colored contact lenses and extensions often, and as cosmetologist I have seen this for myself. Anyway, I guess it could've been worse if she asked if my hair was real? Smh.

She seemed uninterested in helping and was sitting on her phone most of the time instead of assisting customers. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products I asked about, and the customer service felt rushed and unfriendly. It was frustrating to feel ignored when I needed help. I expected more attentive and professional service.
