Information Gathered: Spoke to the main hotline and they claimed the location was operating on a diffrent schedule currently, I asked why there was no update on google or posted on the front of the building. The hotline stated that was a good point & they would speak with management about it. Solution Given: Basically I was politely told to kick rocks The Source Of Frustration: Due to extremely busy schedule I will not be able to even attempt to get a hair cut until next weekend & had the business updated google or at the minum posted updated operation hours on the storefront I could have planned to get a haircut while I was in Grand Rapids
