  The associates are all friendly and professional. My first appointment was with Kristen who is the owner. I wanted a consultation about my hair loss. She is a trained hair technician with years of experience. My appointment with Kristen was an "eye opener"! Three months in and my hair and scalp is responding to the treatment and products she is having me do and use. I have hope I will stop loosing my hair ! Thank you Kristen and the K Bella team.

  We had an amazing experience with Nikoal. She colored my daughter’s hair blue it was amazing. We loved her! However the price total was $290 and that wasn’t even tip. We will be finding a new place because that is insane.

  Disappointed with my lash lift service. I went into the salon the next day , and discussed with them how I didn't think that lash lift looks like a lift. So that I felt that a refund was an order. And in speaking with Laura she's was going to talk to Kristan and we would resolve it by the time I come in for my haircut with Kristan. However, Laura has already refunded me and I am thrilled and I appreciate that very much. And so in giving you Stars ..... three stars were from the original service and the lack of it working out, but the resolution is a 5 star. Thanks so much KBella. I have always loved y'all.

  I emailed for a specific hair cut that I wanted that I knew was challenging and I wanted to make sure they had a stylist that could do it, without them asking any questions they quickly scheduled me, I gave it a shot, my video wouldn't upload for the gal cutting my hair, just a side shot, she asked no specific questions or had no concerns about cutting my hair nor even seeing the whole cut. Through out the cut she asked no questions about the cut, my side part maybe, she went to blow dry without asking me any questions, she touched up a few spots after it was styled and gave me a mirror to show me the back, it was choppy and bulky, I asked if she could adjust it, she did, nicely but even after she still did not ask enough questions about the cut. After she was done I was done, it wasn't the best cut but it wasn't the worst. I do not think K Bella asked enough questions regarding my cut, I think they were just excited to get a new customer and make $
