  Jay was super nice and helped me and my cousins find the perfect match for us, the service is super great and everything is so neat, definitely one of the friendliest i’ve been to!

  Stopped in your Bloomfield location. I was immediately greeted by Tianna (I believe it was her name). Such an incredibly warm and inviting person. She was quick to help with all of my needs, I think it’s absolutely incredible that you have someone who is killing it up front. To me that’s the hardest part of the store to work. She was not only exceptional with her knowledge of the store, but being able to communicate with me, and understand what I’m looking for.. I had a far superior experience at this store than I’ve ever had at the Somerset mall location. I feel blessed to receive the level or service that I did today. I also had an equally wonder experience with Greg behind the register. I was looking for a specific fragrance (Tom Ford Tabacco Vanile). It wasn’t on the sales floor, Greg went out of his way to check stock, found it in the back, and brought it out for me. My wife isn’t too happy I spent the money that I did. I wasn’t planning on spending anything, but with an experience like I had. I absolutely had to make a purchase of an iconic fragrance and I only wish I could afford a whole bottle of. From the bottom of my heart, your team is incredible. Thanks for making my Saturday. Keep being amazing :).

  Had an amazing time! Customer service was incredible! Everyone was kind, patient, and helpful. I especially appreciated Jays help! He was very thorough, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I usually don’t ask for assistance in stores as I don’t want to add more to the employees plates but he didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him at all! He definitely deserves appreciation for his ability to connect with customers! I also really appreciated Allie’s help! She greeted me at the door and rang me up. Super kind, friendly, and efficient! Overall one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had!!
