He was very thorough, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I usually don’t ask for assistance in stores as I don’t want to add more to the employees plates but he didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him at all! He definitely deserves appreciation for his ability to connect with customers! I also really appreciated Allie’s help! She greeted me at the door and rang me up. Super kind, friendly, and efficient! Overall one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had!!

She picked it up and started scanning the items—with a very, very bad attitude. Then, when I got home and wanted to use the K18 product—which costs over $70—I discovered it was already used and empty! How is this possible? I made the purchase today, July 10, 2026, and I’m going back first thing tomorrow to get the product new!!! I don’t want to think the worst of the staff, but how could something like this be on the shelf?
