  I walked in a couple of days ago and Rachel and Lourdes were extremely helpful. Rachel held different pieces to my ear to help me pick out the perfect ones and to be sure they fit with my ear anatomy. I made an appointment online (which was very easy and quick) for two days later and got right in. Lourdes did my piercing and she walked me through every step, making me feel perfectly comfortable. The jewelry selection was excellent and I would highly recommend Rowan if you're looking to get your ear(s) pierced!

  The nurse assured me that my anatomy was fine for a tragus piercing and told me everything looked good at my downsize appointment; however, the piercing ultimately migrated/rejected after 6 months. Upon visiting another reputable piercer, I was informed that I did not have the correct anatomy for the piercing, and that it had also been pierced at an improper angle. I would not recommend this place for any cartilage piercings. If you go here, be sure to get a second opinion throughout the healing process. I, unfortunately, trusted their judgment and all I got was an expensive scar.

  Very disappointed with my experience. When I got my piercing, nobody informed me that there would be an additional charge for downsizing later. I was surprised to be charged for the downsizing appointment, and then charged again for the antiseptic solution. None of these extra costs were clearly explained during my initial appointment, and I could not find this information on the website before booking. I believe customers should be informed about all required follow-up costs upfront so they can make an informed decision. The lack of transparency was very frustrating.

  Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The calm and confident demeanor of the team made the biggest difference in our daughter's first piercing. It was quick, and well communicated the whole time. My daughter is obsessed with checking her earings out, and the stud suggestions were very accurate for her age. Well back for round two.

  We loved our experience at Rowan! I was initially going to have my 3.5 year old daughter’s ears pierced at the pediatrician, but then I heard about this place where nurses do the piercings. They are so professional and know what they’re doing. All of the earrings are hypoallergenic. Cannot recommend this place more!!
