  I was attended to by the Manager, whose conduct was not only professionally negligent but also discriminatory and hostile. I am a frequent customer of this location, and I have always been satisfied with the service until now. However, this visit was a disaster. I have wavy hair and arrived with a crease from a hair tie. I explicitly asked the stylist to dampen my hair to ensure an even cut. She rudely refused, claiming she had "40 years of experience" and didn't need to. She proceeded to cut my hair without any sectioning, cutting the nape and the top layers together in one block. The result is a completely crooked, disconnected, and "choppy" mess.😖 From the moment I arrived, her attitude was cold. I noticed she provided significantly better and friendlier service to a white customer while treating me with visible disdain. When I showed her how crooked the cut was, she attempted to blame me, claiming it was because I was on a brief call via my EarPods at the start of the service. I ended that call almost immediately to focus on the service, and regardless, talking on a phone does not justify a professional failing to follow basic technical steps. Because of her hostility and lack of professional skill, I refused to let her touch my hair again to "fix" it, and I refused to pay for a service that ruined my appearance. It is unacceptable that a person with these biases and lack of standards is in a management position. I now have to seek a specialist to correct the damage she caused. I expect a formal response from the franchise owner regarding this incident. I have photos of the poor workmanship and am prepared to escalate this matter further. Sincerely, Maria Ramirez

  What a great place to get a haircut. I took my grandson and granddaughter to get haircuts and we had a great person cut all 3 hairs. Ronna was the nice lady that took care of us. Ronna was extremely professional. She is very knowledgeable about hair cutting for different types of hair. Ronna was extremely nice and very fun to talk with. Ronna made some great suggestions for different hair cuts. I highly recommend this location for having your hair cut. The other workers in the building were also very good as I watched them cutting other peoples hair and they also did nice work.

  Lamyaa has cut my hair twice, and I have loved it both times. Great prices (including the tip, I spent less than $30 this time) and quick appointments ❤️

  My stylist JJ was terrific and always has been. Great haircut every time. Has a record of what I like and peppercorns perfectly. A very good value
