  Internet was down call the manager told me there's nothing we can do.I will never shop at Sephora again.No selection on men's cologne very bad customer service.

  I stopped in today to pick up a gift for my little niece and was excited to shop. I walked through the entire store, passed three employees, and each of them looked at me, but no one acknowledged me or offered to help. As I was getting ready to leave, one of the employees finally said hello. I told her I thought maybe she hadn’t seen me, and she replied that she didn’t know how to end the conversation she was having. I’ve worked retail before, and I’ve never been in a store where conversations between employees seemed to take priority over acknowledging customers. A simple “Hi, we’ll be right with you” would have made all the difference. I had planned to shop here and then head to Kohl’s, but the experience left a bad impression, so I decided to leave instead. Hopefully this was just an off day because I’ve visited many Sephora locations over the years. I’m a Rouge member and have never experienced service like this before.

  Stopped in to be color matched and ended up walking out with a foundation that was perfect (Thanks Jess!) and a Tom Ford perfume that I absolutely love (thanks Sheila!). These ladies went above and beyond to help me. I was always an Ulta girl but not anymore. In a world where it’s hard to give/get great customer service sometimes, I was so impressed with the staff, their attitudes, and how clean it was! Thanks again!

  Whomever the district/regional manager is, needs to retrain their staff. When they give out samples, they NEVER give out a full expected sample size. They blame it on upper management. How am, I, or other customers suppose to enjoy a sample when there’s nothing in the jar. When I say nothing, I mean NOTHING! This is insulting of and embarrassing at the same time. The other Sephora store locations in Kohls, JCPenney’s and the major Sephora store NEVER do this. It’s always this location in Battle Creek, MI. This ONLY location! I only patronize there because it’s closer, but will not give this location a good rating. Also, to add the staff especially the one with the accent is annoying and judgmental. They make it their business of the type of samples you receive, and items you buy. This comment was personally made to me the other day about a product I allegedly returned, and asked for a sample. The one with the accent tried to argue with me about my purchases. I felt antagonized not like a welcome customer. She really tried to be combative with me, which was unwarranted, when I told her NO. I hate this location. Attached is the sample(s) portion they give in the already tiny jars.
