The staff here are always the people I go to for advice on shade matching, best tones for my skin, and definitely for skincare. They have a wide range selection of different products and brands. Quick check out and I love being able to sample products before I choose to buy, even perfume!

They only had one MUA on staff who had a virus and couldn't come in. That is understandable, but what is not acceptable is only having one trained artist, and no back up option for situations like this. The woman on the phone was very kind, which is the only reason why I'm not giving one star. But they had no other way to ammend this, didn't offer to set me up at a different location, etc. I never get my makeup done, and I had been looking forward to treating myself to a make-up session for weeks. Very disappointed and will not schedule with this location again.
