  First time at Rowan and it definitely won’t be my last. The staff greeted me upon arrival and went over and beyond to help me choose the perfect piece of jewelry that best suited my ear anatomy. The nurse who did my service was very kind and knowledgeable of the procedure. I already made my next appointment! Highly recommend

  Took our daughter to get her first ear piercings. Really love the professionalism, cleanliness and experience. It’s a special time to get ears pierced and this was a great place to go!

  SUPER friendly, professional, and fun staff! I’ve gotten both my girls ears pierced just before Kindergarten, with wonderful experiences. The store, devices, and entire process was very clean/sanitary. They were also able to get both lobes pierced at the same time which was a bonus!

  My 10 year old niece and I had the best experience at Rowan. RNs Alexa and Kristen were amazing and so patient with us. They were gentle and accommodating. My niece didn’t even cry and she loves her earrings. Price is very reasonable!

  I brought my 2-month-old daughter here to get her ears pierced, and we absolutely loved the entire experience! The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain every step of the process, from preparing her ears and the piercing itself to the aftercare instructions. They made us feel so comfortable and confident throughout the whole experience. They even gave her the cutest little goodie bag and a certificate to put in her baby book to commemorate the special day, which was such a sweet touch! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their little one’s ears pierced!
