  You can’t remember her name, but this woman with short bob cut blonde hair and cute little space buns help me with my piercings the other day. I got some of them done other places, and they were having issues healing. She was kind and took her time to help me figure out the best option. Since I’ve had no issues at all with them healing, that my stack is back!

  Took my young daughter here for a birthday ear piercing and she had a great experience. Nurse Alexis made her feel in charge from the beginning and really helped her to understand what was happening and have a relaxing and positive experience.

  We had an exceptional experience today!! Kristen pierced my daughter’s ears and was very friendly and patient. Amber helped us pick out some earrings to purchase very kindhearted! And Caseys smile made our day who cashed us out! We will definitely be back. We drove an hour to get here and will be back for sure!!

  Amazing experience... so sweet knowledgeable..Great selection.. I got the needle i thought it was painless... was recommended by a mom group I was in and showed up the same day. So excited!!!

  Unfortunately, we had a really upsetting experience at Rowan. After my daughter’s ear was pierced, the piercing gun/device became jammed and they could not get it off of her ear. My daughter was crying and clearly scared while they struggled to remove it. What bothered me most was the lack of compassion during the situation. Accidents and equipment issues can happen, but when a child is frightened and crying because something is stuck to her freshly pierced ear, I would expect the staff to show concern, reassure her, and acknowledge how upsetting the situation was. Instead, there seemed to be very little remorse or empathy. For a company that specifically markets ear piercing for children, I expected a much more caring and reassuring response when something went wrong. The way the situation was handled left both of us feeling really disappointed.
