  Honestly disappointed, I had an appointment scheduled to get my tragus and helix done here. On the website it even asked what I wanted done, which I stated. I was excited because I’ve been wanting it done for forever and this place had good reviews, so why not? I drove 40 minutes and once I got there, the girl said that there was no one that could do the kind of piercings I wanted that day, and asked if I could schedule another day. I was honestly upset because you could have let me know that before I drove 40 minutes and wasted part of my evening on something I was really looking forward to. Anyways, I found a different place that took me an hour later so honestly I’m glad it worked out for me.

  Our experience was wonderful! Took our 4.5 year old daughter who has been asking to get her ears pierced for a while now. She was nervous but also excited. Nurse Alexis made her feel so comfortable and safe. Good selection of earrings to choose from too. Would absolutely recommend!

  My 2 year old and 9 month old both got their ears pierced and we had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly, professional and knew exactly how to talk to, and interact with, my young children. We are very happy with how all of the piercings turned out! They have quite a few jewelry options for new piercings, and even more for healed ones. The studs for new piercings ranged from $60 (plated and stainless steal) to $198 (small diamon studs.) We picked out two sets of the $60 options, paid for two sets of device piercings and bought a pack of silver safety backs and one aftercare spray. With tip it totaled $287. We chose Rowan because their piercers are all certified nurses, and I had heard great things about their business. My pediatrician was actually the one who recommended them to me. Because of that we decided the 40 minute drive was worth it. Overall our experience was great, I can't think of a single negative thing about our time there. I will also be going back at some point to purchase more earrings for my kids. I thought all of their jewelry was beautiful and unique.

  Awesome experience at Rowan! We had a first time piercing and Alexis was so helpful and patient. She made it an awesome experience for us!
