She gave me recommendations and explained how a lot of stuff worked. She was so so kind and she does a really good job helping customers like me who aren’t sure of what to buy. Another couple also came in and she was so helpful with them and attentive. Would definitely come back here.

She noticed we were looking and approached us with amazing advice! She really knew her way around the store, and was very informative! She had so many amazing recommendations and I can’t wait to try them all! She picked the perfect samples for us to try and I can’t wait to come back and buy the full sized product! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and it was clear they all love their jobs. I can’t wait to come back and get more recommendations from Claire!

Highly recommend that scent + it’s a lavender color…who doesn’t love purple?!? Alexis the MIT and her boss the Shelby are awesome!!! They both deserve raises as they make that location tons of money every day. They’re the reason I keep coming back. Them and the rest of the excellent staff at Lush in the Briarwood Mall. Thank you ladies!!! Sorry it took me so long to leave y’all this review. 15/10 🤘🏻🤘🏻
