  I love all of the products at Lush, and that they’re cruelty free and natural ingredients. My favorite is their Super Milk products! Great and friendly customer service at this store, and I found everything I needed for a gift for my friend and some goodies for myself as well!

  First and foremost I have to acknowledge how wonderful the store manager, London, is at this location. Not only is she welcoming, she is friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable on every single lush product they have to offer. This is my second time shopping there with the help of Ms London and she set me up for success. For starters, she helped me find a hair care routine that has done my hair wonders. As a curly hair girl it’s not always easy finding hydrating products and she was spot on with the suggestions I would need such as Fairly Traded Honey shampoo and Glory conditioner! She listened to my concerns and needs for my hair, explained all the ingredients and their benefits, and helped me put together a routine that catered to my hair type which in the end, worked out beautifully. This time around she walked me through finding the perfect fragrances, exuding so much patience taking her time walking me through everything. Thank you so much Ms London for yet another great shopping experience! I will definitely be back(:

  I always have a great experience here. The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and really personable. I visited twice very recently and London was super sweet and helped check me out. Another employee with pink hair (don’t know their name unfortunately) was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’ve shopped here many times, and will continue to visit!

  Lush website, mall website and maps all say the store is open till 9. I drove 45 minutes for them to be the only store in the entire mall closed an HOUR early. This should probably be updated on your website. Very frustrating.

  We drove 40 minutes out here just for you to be closed early by an entire hour. You should probably update your hours so customers aren’t wasting their time and their money on gas.
