  Excellent service. The space is so warm and inviting. I was so relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed my foot soak/massage.

  Natalie is amazing for massages. Always been treated and pampered. The rating is for the fact that I had a membership fee taken out AFTER I had put a freeze on it due to my vacation, and lack of providers for facial. Hopefully this gets taken care of!!

  I really wanted to like it here. Honestly, I did. The staff were very nice and I enjoyed talking with them while I pampered myself (Massage, mani-pedi, wash/cut/style). Mostly while I was there things seemed ok. There was a part where I was getting my hair styled where I was very clear that I just wanted the natural curls/waves that I did already have styled/accentuated and instead she straightened and then curled my hair, but that definitely wasn’t the worst part. It wasn’t until after I left that things really went south. The next day, one of my big toes started hurting, getting swollen, and red. It was infected from a poorly done pedicure. I had to soak it twice a day and drain the pus (I know, tmi) but a few days later when it was almost healed, the other toe started hurting. That toe is even more infected. The other one cleared up, but not this one. I also want to mention, I have been extremely busy so I have not been able to sit down and write this review for a while, and it is NOT clearing up. I think I may have to go to the doctor to get antibiotics, which is extremely disappointing as the doctor is expensive. This is also not the end. When I went to remove the manicure, I filed off the top layer, as this is the first step to removing a gel manicure. This gave me contact dermatitis, which can happen if the layers of gel are not cured enough. It was so itchy that it kept me awake. I honestly feel so horrible that I have to leave this review. I have never left a negative review. Honestly, the massage was great! I just hate that I spent hundreds of dollars on services that gave me several medical problems and wanted to warn people. But the people were so nice and I do recommend the massages.

  Natalie was amazing!! The BEST deep tissue massage I’ve ever had! So kind, skilled and knowledgeable !
