- RARamona AdamsDec 26, 20231.0Very unprofessional employee. My boyfriend and I were browsing the store seeing what was on sale and I had a few items in my arms. An older employee with dark hair and lip filler. First off she followed us around and kept asking us if we needed help. She grabbed a basket and made a comment to me accusing me of shoplifting. She said along the lines of, “here take a basket, it looks like your arms and pockets are full”. I have worked retail and I know that is a loss prevention tactic. I was very offended as I was the only non-white person in the store. Then as we go to checkout she asks for my number and it didn’t come up even though I had shopped there before. I just said it was weird and brushed it off then she got angry and said “are you calling me a liar?” And showed me the screen and talked condescending to my boyfriend and I. She accused us of not being licensed until my boyfriend pulled out his paper copy license. She was rude the entire time at the store. It was such a bad experience I will never feel comfortable shopping there again.
- SNSkylarett NightAug 28, 20231.0Picks and chooses the days they want to stick to store operation hours. Either they will remain open til the actual time of closing or they decide to close up the store 30 minutes before. A great place to get product, unfortunately very inconsistent with time

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
