  Awful 👎🏻 this is the worst location around, by far. It has gone drastically downhill over the past year. The store is always a disgusting mess. The employees are unwelcoming and unfriendly. They give dirty looks and are constantly only paying attention to their phones instead of helping the customers. I used to love coming to this store. I would look forward to talking with the employees about new products with how helpful and personable they were. Now I feel l like I’m being rushed out every time I come in. The last time I went in the dark haired girl working was extremely rude and could not be bothered to help me. She was too preoccupied by whatever was on her phone.

  I had a really great experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s and wanted to recognize two employees who were incredibly helpful and kind — Lizzy and Maddy. Lizzy took the time to show me how to figure out my own foundation shade and let me test things at my own pace without making me feel rushed. I’m newer to learning makeup and felt a little out of my comfort zone, but she made the experience relaxed and encouraging (keep in mind I'm 46 figuring this out for the first time). Maddy at the register was also wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and even helped me with my birthday gift even though my birthday had just passed, which was really sweet. The customer service from both of them was a five-star experience. The only reason I’m giving four stars overall is that this location doesn’t have the shade-matching scanner device that some Sephora stores have, which would make finding foundation shades even easier. Hopefully that’s something they can add in the future. Overall, Lizzy and Maddy made the visit a great experience and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service.

  I think it's insanity that both kohls and sephora play their own songs at full volume. Who in their right mind thought people would enjoy listening to two songs at the same time?

  sent my wife in to get a product for me and finding the product was super easy but the cashier made the experience annoying by basically forcing my wife to sign up for rewards when she clearly said she didn’t want to and just wanted to check out and get out of there. next time just listen to your customers and don’t pressure them into signing up for rewards when they clearly aren’t interested. not impressed.
