  Mara is absolutely fantastic but I felt she was a little too "touchy" this time and my massage was cut short. If this had been a male massage therapist, it would have been completely inappropriate. I asked if she had time to add a 15 minute service, she told me she did. My massage should have been 1 hour, 45 minutes, but it was slightly under 90 minutes. It started 10 minutes late and ended at approximately 85 minutes. I paid extra for the additional 15 minutes but didn't get it. Although the massage was great, I didn't get everything i paid for.

  Wonderful place and great massage! One thing that needs to be changed is that female customers should be asked if a male masseuse is ok when booking the appointment. I did not know until showing up that I was booked with a male. I decided to re-book with a female. Otherwise, great experience.

  Great experience with Jordan!! She looked at my ideas, added her own creative expression and personal touch to make it work best for me! She was enjoyable to talk to during my appointment and was able to educate me on things about my hair type and problems that I’ve never had a stylist be able to provide solutions for in the decades of visiting salons. *update 8/4/2026* i went with someone else for another visit recently for pedicures. We had Nora and Caroline and they were both absolutely wonderful! We loved everything about our pedicures, especially the massage cause everyone’s favorite part is the massage! The girls were pleasant and enjoyable to talk to and very attentive to all of our needs! Can’t wait to go back! We received 2 signature pedicures with the therapeutic mask and all together paid $160 (before tip)

  The Spa On West MaIn is without a doubt my favorite salon. The staff is always friendly and the stylists are top notch. I recently had a hair emergency and couldn’t get an appointment with my regular gal, Stacey. Another stylist, Sterling, was suggested and she consulted with Stacey as to what needed to be done with my disaster of a cut and color obtained in another state. The result was miraculous! I walked out of my appointment with a great cut and gorgeous color and low lights. I also had a pedicure with Jillian and was very satisfied. I highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs!

  I had an amazing massage with Mara and an amazing facial with Marcela! They are the best! My daughter had a hair cut and color treatment on her hair with Janey. Janey always does an amazing job! I also wanted to give a shout out to Linda at the front desk. She is always so pleasant, friendly and helpful! When we make our appointments we do it on the same day. It use to be for both of my daughters and myself before my daughter and her husband moved to NC. Now it’s for myself and my other daughter. That’s a lot of juggling! She is always so patient and kind and we appreciate it so much!
