    My stylist Robin was excellent, this was the first time Robin had worked with my hair and she took the time to get familiar with my hair type. She was professional and polite and did a great job with my hair!

    Patricia did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair! She was quick, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My daughter’s hair turned out beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Patricia and will definitely be booking with her again!

    I like my hair stylist. Been going to her for months. The only downside is you can tell their pricing system is tiered towards people with coily hair. They charge more for those of that hair type vs those that have straight hair types compared to a salon that understands people hair are different textures. Other than that I do recommend them

    Been to this shop many times. Their cutting and styling services are good. Their scheduling and appointment keeping are unusually lousy - and consistently so. In the past year, I have scheduled 8 cuts at this shop. 0 of those scheduled cuts occurred on time. I have waited for as little as 30 minutes and as much as 1.5 hours. There has never been an apology for this neglect of basic customer service.

    My daughter wanted her hair cut before leaving for the Navy. Booked a wash, cut, and blowdry thinking it would only cost $49 as listed online. She's of mixed race with a slightly curly hair texture. Black and Asian mixed hair. She had already cut most of the length herself and her hair was by no means tangled or coarse. During the blow dry session, the stylist had the blower too hot and twice my daughter had to tell her it was too hot. She still didn't turn it down until I repeated what my daughter said. Then she turned it back hot again. She used a rounded brush and curled her ends in which we didn't like because the inspo picture we showed her had hair flipped out. Went to pay for the cut and got charged an extra $30 for her hair texture and the rounded brush usage. They should tell you if there's an additional cost before getting started. Had i known it would be $80, I would have only gone with the wash and cut. Later that night, my daughter said her head was hurting and asked me to look at a spot on her scalp. Her scalp was red from being burned by the blow dryer. Never will we go back to this stylist.
