    Judy was wonderful. I have long hair to my waist and only have split ends trimmed. I had grown my hair long straight accross in the back and sides with no angles or layers. I had a horrible experience a few months ago at another salon in the neighborhood. *Note: This was not a hair cuttery salon. That stylist quickly chopped the back left side at an angle, layered 4 inches! After I clearly stated only 2inch trim, no layers, no angles only blunt straight accross the back. I was compensated by the salon manager for the mistake, however, this experience left me not wanting to trust a stylist again. I was nervous at first when I made the appointment today at Waldoerf Hair Cuttery. Judy was friendly, professional and took the time to listen and discuss my request. Judy trimmed my hair 2 inchesand styled perfectly. The hair wash was relaxing and she made sure my scalp was clean and did not itch anymore from dryness! Judy is my new stylist for sure!! Thank you Judy.

    This is my 3rd time coming to Hair Cuttery. The first time was amazing, 2nd time iffy and this time was just crazy. It usually takes 1.15 to 1.5hr max for my hair and it took nearly 3 hours to get my hair done the third time I went. I got a wash, detangle, blow dry and trim. The blow dry was not good, my hair was still curly and then my hair was trimmed while it was still curly. I am attaching a photo of the finished product. Now, I did just get my hair out of braids and was a bit more tangled than normal I'll give that but the first two times were same case scenario. I won't be coming back. Third time was not the charm.

    Booked appointment for my 9 year old for $22 wash and trim. I asked for a blow dry and they charged for a blow out and the length of her hair. So we went from $22 to $111. There is a difference between blow dry and blow out. The service was not worth it and it was like oh well. After being referred I will not go back.
