    Haircut turned out subpar to say the least. Looks choppy and uneven a bit. Nothing like what I asked for. Be careful if you decide to get a haircut here.

    I only see Caroline OKeffer, she has been my stylist for 10 years. She is excellent in her hair skills, and always a pleasant time seeing her.

    The haircut was great, as usual. My stylist was Kenni. She took her time giving me a scissor cut. She seemed slightly distracted, but she was nice.

    I called in the morning on Saturday for a quick trim without a wash and blow dry and was given an appointment that morning. When I arrived I was greeted and taken on time. I am pleased with my cut/trim. It was fast and easy.

    I did not have a good experience with Adrien. I was clenching my teeth, watching my hair being cut. "Some layers" turned into about 20 minutes of my hair being chopped without symmetry on each side of my head. I mention 20 minutes because my hair is shoulder length to start. It felt like an extraordinary amount of time, creating layers on short hair, without seemingly any vision of a finished style. Just chop, chop, chop away. The hair is lopsided when I look in the mirror, which is not surprising as I saw her focused on cutting more on one side more than the other. Nothing I can do now but let it grow out.
