I came in and I started looking around and Noel noticed me and asked me if I needed anything. I said that my lips were really dry and that I needed a lip balm and she took me directly to what I needed. I’m so satisfied with my purchase, I’ve been putting this lip balm on all day long girl you rock thank you so much.

I love Sephora and specifically how convenient this location is to my home but the customer service at the Towson location is so poor. Many staff members are rude and dismissive. They stand in clusters having personal conversations instead of helping customers. Normally, I wouldn't mind this as I know what I need and choose not to interact with the staff considering how rude they are, but it is a pain when things like perfume and extra product are locked behind drawers and you need to find someone to help. I doubt things will improve at this store as the 5 years I've been coming here have seemingly only gotten worse.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I walked in and asked for help. There were several employees standing around doing nothing. They were so rude and insulting. I put my basket of products down and walked out. I ordered my products online instead due to this terrible experience.
