I just want to give a shoutout to Nemo, her customer service skills are 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 She was informative, patient, kind, helpful and just a pleasure to speak to. The entire staff seems wonderful but Nemo’s personality, presence, and professionalism stood out the most. She set me up with the lush app, explained to me why the banana shampoo was an excellent choice, gave me 2 generous samples, had me try out an amazing hand soap gummy and did it all with a genuine smile on her face. I could sense that she really loves her job. So thank you for giving me such a great experience today, I appreciated it very much. I will most definitely be back! ☺️

Nash (and everyone in store) was incredibly kind, helpful and enthusiastic as my little dude explored all the options. When we were ringing up our choices we were gifted some extra items as well as an additional bath bomb that Nash had made for a store event. Thank you! It was kind of everyone to be so welcoming and kid-friendly 💞. Bath bombs are a big incentive for my toddlers so we will be back.
