  I had a fantastic time at the hair cuttery!! Every one of the hair stylists has such an open and inviting personality. I was very pleased with my visit there and I will be back in 6 weeks to get my "virgin hair" highlighted!! They really made me feel good about how healthy my hair is and gave me tips for how to take care of my scalp from the summer heat ! I love you girls !

  I made an appointment for my daughter with Jenna. A couple days ago mind you. Purposely due to recommendations. She called day of at 11:20. Our appointment was at 4:30. She left a message asking to reschedule for earlier. I called back at 12:30. I offered to come in at 2 PM as that was the earliest. My only other option was to reschedule with somebody else. She was leaving at 1:15. This is not the first time this has happened with Jenna. I had no other option but to reschedule with somebody else due to schedules. We went in. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. The girl who cut my daughter‘s hair didn’t even introduce herself. Went extremely short before even asking before she cut, did not blend anything out. Did not follow any instruction of what I asked for. I am thoroughly upset. Pink shirt is what I asked for. Orange shirt is what we got.

  This stylist is pleasant and professional, perhaps even a bit philosophical and wise beyond her years. She asks me questions and does what I ask and is interested in my feedback.

  Caroline was great. She knew the current hairstyles by name and did a great job on the cut. Management of this location is deplorable. We have been several times in the past as walk ins but each time, they made us feel unwelcome and the wait was actually hours! This time we booked an appointment and the woman who took my call told me that she couldn't take much time with me because she was busy. Then she misspelled my daughter's name and booked two appointments instead of one. Rude and incompetent. We arrived about 10 minutes early and a woman in the lobby area had four very unruly kids which she was failing to watch over because she was having a phone conversation on speaker. I attempted to sit in a chair next to her, because her kids were taking up all the other chairs, but she refused to let me sit there. One of the staff members got another chair from the back, but offered it to the woman with her four kids instead of me! It shouldn't need to be said that you do not reward bad behavior. This went on with her kids actually running around, fighting, messing up the product displays all while she was yelling at them from the hairstylist's chair! You need to manage your clientele. This behavior is unacceptable and so was the fact that your employees were allowing it. No one deserves to be subjected to that. I recommend training in manners, professionalism and service. Your establishment, with the exception of Caroline, is sorely lacking in all three.
